CAD, photoshop, illustrator

I would like to learn how to make models and 3D drawings from CAD, and just become more familiar with it.  also, I want to learn more shortcuts on photoshop, as well as how to render images better and make it look realistic.  on illustrator, I would also like to learn more shortcuts to become more efficient.
